Please remove any additional code added. Disable third party plugins and try again. If the issue persists, update theme files with a new freshly downloaded copy of theme.

Hi this isn’t very helpful. What caused this to happen? I can’t freshly install my theme every time I download a plugin or ad a code. What specific code should I remove?

Jetpack is a third party plugin. Not developed from us and not included in the supported list of plugins. In the knowledge that this is the culprit for your issue, we suggest you remove the plugin and try another one that does the same job but does not conflict with theme scripts.
