Download shortcodes and text dissapear whe I use Codeless editor...

  Hello (again),
  
  I have a problem with incorporating a file download in my page sections VIA THE CODELESS EDITOR (example: https://pips.typo-grafico.net/fixedcameras/)…
  
  I have inserted a shortcode (from the WP Download manager plugin included) right below the BROCHURE section… when I edit the code seems to show the icon, but in the live page it does not show… when I review the code (editing without the codeless editor) I see the shortcode is GONE…
  
  I also tried with a completely different plugin (download monitor) and still does not show… so I am guessing it is a problem with the editor that is not showing the content…
  
  It is until I place the shortcode WITHOUT USING THE CODELESS EDITOR that it finally shows… and that is annoying, as the editor should keep changes… There’s something wrong with the editor… It also has to do with some of the texts suddenly gone from the code…
  
  Please have an urgent look into it, as I am required to have downloadable documents and the editor was a reason for buying this template…

  I added this shortcode [wpdm_all_packages] into a text element in Codeless Builder, saved changes and this is the result view in backend: https://postimg.org/image/881l7tbzv/

  I see you do have the download button in your page. Did you manage to fix your issue? Let us know if you still need help with it.

  I made some tests in your site in page: https://pips.typo-grafico.net/testimonials/
  The Builder opened without any issue. I added content and changed it several times. The text stayed put and did not went missing. Where are you experiencing the issue with the text missing?
  This was an issue with one of the older Codeless Builder versions, but i was quiclkly fixed and the plugin updated. You have the latest version of the plugin so this should not happen (and in all my tests it was fine!). Please try adding text now and save changes. Let us know if it will still be missing after save.
  
  I see you are not using the included Download Manager plugin, that is included in theme. Do you still want to use it?
