i have file permission error, when i try to import dummy data it says:

We were unable to modify required files. Please ensure that /home2/itdesk/public_html/it-desk.me/sajt/wp-content//uploads/ has the proper read-write permissions, or modify your wp-config.php file to contain your FTP login credentials as outlined here..
Also i tried to delete wp installation and i install a new one so i need to deregister theme :)
i registered the theme.
Now second problem. i cannot imort dummy data because im getting file permission error,

Do you know what should i do?
PS. Folder uploads has 755 presmissions.
a just tried it, also, i installed xampp and try localy, and im getting same error. Did you try to yourself clean install of new wordpress and uplad theme?
