You are using an older version of the theme kindly make sure you update theme to latest version and this issue will go away. Also note make sure you keep your backup before updating your theme to avoid any issues in the update process.
Why didn’t I see the update in my wordpress dashboard?
The menu is fixed, only now my full-width revolution slider is a tiny slider on the right and there is a header_page that wasn’t there before. I can’t seem to figure out where to disable it.
There was a newer version of the theme available, but I couldn’t update it trough wordpress. There was no message or option. I downloaded the theme again from themeforrest, and uploaded it. So I didn’t know the theme was outdated.
How is it possible that wordpress didn’t show there was a newer version?
Because its a premium theme not used from the WordPress repository. We are not doing so because certain users never update theme and once they do like from version 1 to version 4 there websites crash and they even don’t know the cause. So, we are keeping them safe too.
