Fixing Homepage Slider on Mobile

  On the Homepage, when in the mobile page (or when the screen width less than 740 px), the slider at the very top has a 20px left padding which I cannot seem to get rid of. Any advice?
  
  Also, on the mobile site, the navigation bar at the top seems to cover the slider. Any solution for this also?
