Hi there
I first tried to install/set-up the theme on an existing website, but the import stalled. I closed the window and re-ran set up and it stalled again.
So I then created a fresh WordPress install and tried again and it stalled at the same place.
My system status ticks all the boxes. Running latest WP 4.8.
Any ideas why it is stalling? I will provide website link privately.

Just found the problem!
Sorry for this inconvenience but we have missed something with this demo. Sorry for that.
We will fix this in the next update, but now I can help you with a simple & fast fix.
Just sent you a file, please place this file on this directory:
wp-content/themes/folie/includes/codeless_demos_content/studio/
File name: content.xml
