FOLIE STUCK UPLOADING DUMMY CONTENT

      Your Folie theme will not allow me to import dummy content. It gets 3/4 through and then freezes. I must have tried ten times. It also would also not let me register the email and purchase code from Mac Safari but wold from Mac Chrome. I needed to have this theme installed for a client today and now we have missed deadline, we will need to use an alternate theme which isn’t our preference. What are our choices here? Mike

      I purchased the theme with support through themeforrrest but it doesn’t show here??

      Hello,

      Please make sure to have deactivated all other plugins before attempting the dummy data import. Especially if you have “WordPress Importer” plugin installed.
      Send us your email and purchase code, so we can remove it from the database and you can try to register again.

      -This account you are using now, uses the purchase code of the Tower theme you have bought in 2016. The support time for this purchase is over from Dec 08 03:36:52 +1100 2016.
      To have an active account, you need to register again with the code from the latest purchase.

      Also to register another product as suggested it’s asking me for a new email and a new login name? Are you telling me that each time I register a new purchase for support I need to setup a new email address??

      Hello,

      This is the default procedure. Customers need to be identified with the purchase code and have an email in order to have them send the login link in this email.
      You can send us the email you used to register and the new purchase code. We will make the update for you and send you the credentials to login in support, at your email.
