Folie Template. Not logged in

folie front end hello world

  I am using folie template and I registered the theme, and when I’m working on it and logged in, I see the site perfectly. However, when I check it while not logged in or in incognito mode, it shows a ‘Hello World’ page that has nothing to do with it. In the settings, under reading, I have already set the homepage. Can you help me?
