Dear Staff,
I’ve installed your Folie theme on my WP, but when I check the system status page I see some alert “yellow” messages. I asked to my hosting provider to check and fix the server/PHP issues.
They told me they did… but there are the following message still visible:WP Memory Limit: 40 MB – We recommend setting memory to at least 128MB.

PHP Time Limit: 0 – We recommend setting max execution time to at least 180. To import classic demo content, 300 seconds of max execution time is required.

Max Upload Size need to be at least 10M.Default Timezone is UTC: ✔

Remote Get: ✔Well, they told me everything is fixed server-side. They show me the /info.php file. But the system status of the theme it seems to still shows the alert messages, so they asked to get in contact with you to know what they could do to match the theme needs.
Can you enter and check my WP theme install by my own dashboard?

I have no problems other than this at the moment, but if you go to the “System Status” page of the Folie Theme there are yellow lined messages that ask to increase memory limit, or memory upload… see the screenshots

This are only some notifications for your hosting account and can be checked if you have problem generally with the dummy data installation.

This theme has been a really bad experience out of the gate. Even had the host switch all the settings, but it only sometimes changes in the system check.
The pagebuilder doesn’t even work, demo content imports aren’t accurate to what was selected. Just a mess everywhere.

We are sorry about that. Please let us know which version of the theme have you installed.
If you have the latest 2.5.2 i recommend you to edit the theme through the wpbakery visual composer.
In case you can’t install the demo share with us your wp creds through your profile details so we can install it for you.
