Can you please explain what you did so I can fix it myself in the future if I have to wipe and start again or use this theme on other websites.

Also I’ve noticed that the mobile support on this theme is a bit limited or perhaps I’m not looking in the right place.
I’ve got 4 social icons showing on the header when viewing on desktop. But despite my best efforts, I only see two social icons on my mobile.
I’m not sure if its a spacing issue as I’ve been trying to hide the unused middle header column without much luck.

I’ve followed your steps and have been able to setup the social icons as I would like.
4x icons which show perfectly when viewing the website on a PC desktop/laptop.
However when I view the site on a mobile device its only showing the first two.

Have you any idea why this is the case then that would be great.

I am unable to get the extra icons to show.
I thought perhaps the width on a mobile device was the issue.
Is there a way to change the number of social icons available on a mobile device?

Why is the /about page not displaying?
I’ve created a new page and used one of the set templates. But when I open the page it looks blank.

Making good progress now with the codeless page builder thanks. I’m noticing some strange behaviour with the menu, specifically when testing on pc. I don’t notice this issue when using the site on a mobile.
Open site
Open menu
Select a page
Open menu again to select a different page
And the menu stops working. Need to refresh the page for menu links to work again.

Just to add, even the logo (top left) linking back to the homepage doesn’t work after the initial click in the menu.

I’m still having numerous issues with this site.
-Home not working and not solved
-Inconsistent behaviour with now out of date WPBakery PageBuilder plugin

Is there any way we can change theme to avoid these issues and go for one that includes an up-to-date version of page builder please?

It was in this thread.
Select a page and then when you try to click the logo to go back to home it wouldn’t work.
This is just one of many issues we are having and I’ve been trying to make the site work now for months now and I’m just not happy with the theme or the reliability, despite the prompt support.

There are many many issues with the wpbakery plugin that this theme depends on and I believe this is because it’s out of date and I’m unable to update it to fix the issues.
Can you please suggest some alternative themes I can use (ideally single page scrolling themes) that I can transfer my license to.

Really liking the tower theme and getting the hang of wpbakery page builder. I have run into an issue with animating columns though.
On the page

I have five words that I’ve been trying to delay the animation for.
I can animate the headings/text individually which works but has no delay.
I can see the option to animate the columns they sit in and add a delay but it doesn’t appear to work.

Ideally I would like the 5 words to appear one after another but the animation only starts once the user has scrolled to them. The header image on all the pages works lovely and scrolls into view on page load, hiding the content below. Then as the user scrolls down to the words I’d like them to appear one by one.
Not sure if animating the columns or individual elements is the way to go of if I should try something else

I’ve been configuring the Tower theme and keep running into the same issue and not sure how to resolve.
The header on desktop is transparent and looks great. But when I view on mobile, the header is white and I can’t find option to make mobile header transparent too

Thanks for your help. I’ve left the same login available for you.
I’m now having issues with a page with some embedded button within.
Events page.
It looks fine on pc but when viewed on phone the content is all along the left hand side.
Can you please help tell me what I’m doing wrong or how to fix.
Tried creating this page a bunch of times now and get same behaviour.

I’m trying to change the link text on the buttons.
Currently on iamvickymiddleton.com we have a portfolio showing different offerings under WORK WITH ME.
Can we change the button text from ‘view’ to ‘breathe with us’?

Can you please tell me where you configured that button content as I’m wanting to add a slightly different phrase for the one to one sessions.
‘Breathe with Me’ rather than Breathe with us for the private sessions, etc.

Can we please get the update theme and supporting plugins on the iamvickymiddleton.com site. we are still running Version 7.7.2 of WP Bakery when there are security risks of not using the latest version of the plugins.
