  When in a Portfolio section I dont have the Icon in the lower right, nor the “Add new” icon.
  
  Is something missing or to I need to flip a switch.

  Hi,
  You can new portfolio item from going to:
  wp-admin > Portfolio Items > Add New
  
  Some time this option may malfunction. you can use above path to add new item.

  You didn’t answer my question. Ho do I get to the codeless Portfolio item edit experience as shown in this screenshot below.

  Portfolio Item Options
  When adding a portfolio element to the page, some pre-created item will be shown. You can edit them clicking on the little icon located on right-bottom of each portfolio item.
  You can add a new portfolio item at :
  
  Theme Options > Portfolio Items.
  Clicking on the plus icon at the bottom of each portfolio element.

  I am sorry, we have removed that option from the newest builder updates because some customers have difficulties to sort it out. We are going to use the standard way of Portfolio creation from WP Admin -> Portfolio -> Add New.
  
  We will make sure to update documentation too.
  If you face any difficulty to create a portfolio just ask us here!
