I use WPEngine to manage my site. With it, I can make an exact copy of the site, edit it on a staging server, then copy back t live when I am happy with edits.
Problem is, the Reign theme is referencing the incorrect directory for fonts.
If you check the source code, the fonts show the directory:

I cant Login to sftp, double check credentials on your website.
In my eye that directory strtucture of wpengine and there is no issue in our theme.
