No, the problem is not solved yet. The footer should be in full width in the same length als the copyright footer. Now it is to narrow.
How can I solve this issue?

Thank you, this has solved the problem. Just one question. Do I have to remove these lines with every update of the theme?
There are two ways to make this custom stay after updates:
1. Using a Child Theme
2. Adding the code into WordPress Dashboard > Specular > Custom Code.
