Footer appears to be completely missing

  Hi, I imported one of the Elementor demo sites (Consulting) and it did not come with the footer in the demo.
  
  I see footer.php in my Specular theme but nothing on the front end, the HTML on the front end has an empty <footer> tag. I also cannot find any footer-related settings inside WordPress, I only see options for the header. What can I do to get the footer to show up?
