  I have a problem with my Specular site, wordpress is not at the bottom of the site.

  You have added a custom css code to hide it.
  
  footer#footer .inner { display: none; }
  
  Remove this from css box.

  You want to remove the white space above the footer?
  You can set the content padding top and bottom at Specular Settings.
  
  or:
  
  #content { padding-bottom: 0px !Important; }
