LOVE the template – have purchased a few times already for clients. Having trouble with a form rendering properly – should look like this

any advive? does this have to do with style sheets? any way to suspend file sheets for just that page?

You are using a plugin for these forms. Is it Gravity forms? We have not tested this plugin (can not test them all) and can not guarantee it’s compatibility with theme. Sorry but we do not support third party plugins.
