Recently I installed Signature AddOn and I encountered a problem, more precisely, it doesn’t work.
I can use the addon (I can sign) in the preview mode, but when I go to the page where the form is, the signature doesn’t work.
I tested to see if there is any Theme/Plugin Conflict. I deactivated every plugin, but the problem was persisting, so I changed the theme with a preinstalled version of WordPress (Twenty Twenty) and the problem was gone.
I contacted gravity forms support and they told me that it may be a script that causes all these problems.
This is their answer: „…It is most likely a script being output incorrectly which is creating the conflict with our Signature add-on.”
