Things are severely broken. I can not edit my pages within the WPBakery editor anymore. We are about to launch the site and I need to get in and work on this. Please help.
Can you please give more details? When did this happen? What actions did you perform before the situation?
Please check the wp credentials as i can not login.
It looks like the login info does work. I tried wp credentials on an incognito browser and it worked. I had the ftp pointed towards an incorrect folder but that is now fixed.
That’s the Gutenberg editor. Theme has it’s own build-in builder, the Codeless Builder. Please deactivate the Gutenberg and use Codeless Builder to edit the Codeless Shortcodes: https://postimg.cc/image/43c8wfphz/
Or just simply access it directly from Appearance > Customize.
