Seems like it’s been over a year since the latest update – and the WPBakery plugin that is used is now a security risk and was updated a long time ago – You have version 6.9.0 installed. Update to 7.8.
I have reinstituted support via the ENVATO market – and yes, I would like the theme updated with the current version of WP Bakery so I’m not running an outdated – vulnerable plugin.
Also, my fonts that I originally used and came with the theme stopped working a while back and I had to change something more generic.
