Having trouble installing theme. duplicate menu and footer items.

  Hi there. I’m having trouble installing the June theme. I’ve been in touch with my host to adjust the PHP settings but it keeps getting stuck on “Import Template Dummy Content”. According to my host (and this info page: https://www.foodiegearcentral.com/phpinfo.php) , they have adjusted the max execution time to 1000, but under your System Status, it still says 0.
  
  What else do I need to do to install this theme?
  
  In the meantime, I have tried installing it so many times that it created multiple dummy menu items. I was able to delete the duplicate items in the menu but can’t figure out how to remove them from the footer. The site is http://www.foodiegearcentral.com.
  
  How do I remove everything completely so I can start from scratch?

  Hello,
  
  You can empty the database and start again. Be careful not to empty wordpress installation tables or you will need to reinstall wordress again after it.
  Or you can send us some wp credentials and we can set up theme for you. Read this article for more information.
