Hi we trying numerous thing to translate the header banner options in french but only the default page header option works to translate the image. Which mean we have the same header banner on each french page.
We would like that the overwrite option works as well for french side. We are using the WPML translator. I’ve already tried going into string translation and translating the theme admin option, I’ve try playing with the default page header options, but that’s how far I can get.
I’ve tried to save again because all the french images are already set in the back-end but it’s still the same thing. I can’t save the image, the URL doesn’t change after I select a new image and save.
Sorry for the delay, this issue takes us some time to figure out. Now, you should change the parameter on the bottom of the Edit page (multilingual setup section) from Copy to Translate.
We have added a code to fix it. Please let me know if it’s ok
