Header/Footer cover website…

  Hi,
  
  I have my website almost finished. I´m worried about the header and footer, specially in mobile devices or small desktop. I have issues navigation because header and footer are above of the rest of the website… I can´t click some parts.
  
  I already have a transparent footer and header but something I did wrong…
