To change the text of “Our Locations”,”Telephone Number”,”Email Address” you need to edit theme files: tower\includes\register\register_shortcodes.php
To change their style, use custom css. Add this code into your Tower > General Options > Custom Css:

.contact_information dd .title {
    display: block;
    font-weight: 400 !important;
    color: #a4a4a4 !important;
    font-size: 12px !important;
}
.contact_information.light p {
    color: #fff !important;
}
.contact_information dt i {
    color: #2fa2ef !important;
}

Change the values to your wish.

Yes, if you update theme the changes will be gone. Another way to change this text without the need to save a copy of the file is by using the pot file. Check this article: https://support.ellethemes.com/?ht_kb=translate-site-using-po-mo-files

While the custom css is stored in the database so it’s safe.

The idea is to use the translate method to change the text. When you translate the site, you practically change every text in theme to a different one, the translated one.
So you can use the pot file to change only the text you want. Leave the rest as it is. Use the pot file as the default language of the site, so the new text will load.

You can add them. You can add any text that is not present in the pot file. Then regenerate the .PO/.MO files. Use the PoEditor program to edit it. See this video tutorial for a live demonstration: https://youtu.be/1xqcxncNmT0

-To add new strings to a pot file follow the steps:
1)Edit the .po file in any text editor.
Add the text following the other strings example. Something like this:

#: theme-name.php:123 // the reference
msgid "Page Title" // the original term
msgstr "" // the translation

2)Open the .po file in Poedit (free)
3)In Poedit, select file -> Compile to .MO
