Do you mean all website headlines or just Page Header headlines?

You can change the color into Tower > Styling > Elements where you can change the color of the headings.

You can also add a custom heading element and change color or the font size as you want.

Also, you can add some custom CSS:

.block_title .h1{color:#ddd}

The CSS can be added into Tower > General > Custom CSS Box field.
