Hello – I just logged in and noticed that my support expired. I assumed I would receive some sort of email or notification that it was expiring, to give me an opportunity to extend, but I didn’t receive anything and the deadline passed without my realizing it.
I’d like to extend support, but don’t want to pay for an entirely new license (which seems to be the only option.) Can you help me with this? I really depend on the help I receive from you, since I am a small business owner – not a professional web developer.
Thanks!
Rebecca
Hello,
Yes, you can extend your support time and not necessarily buy another license for it. Just login to your Envato account. Go to the theme’s profile an at the right side you will see the option to extent support time. Follow the instructions to buy only additional support time.
Let us know if you have other questions.
Note: Please know that due to some internal server work going on, the status of the support may not be updated in your profile. But however the date will be and we can always check if you are still supported or not. Do not worry if you do not see the support status change here.
Thank you for understanding.
Best regards!
Mihaila – you were correct, and the issue was the internal server not updating the support status here on the forum (which was showing expired). When I checked my Envato account, it shows that I have support paid through January 2018, so everything is fine.
Thanks!
Rebecca
