We have started all over and deleted everything and installed the June theme from scratch including demo content. Then we uploaded a child theme and it looks weird. It can only show al the codes on the site and the cart and everything is gone.
Please check that Codeless Builder plugin is active. When switching themes, this plugin gets deactivated.
Did you upload the child theme included in theme package? If yes, that should not give you any problem.
