I’ve messed my site up and can’t seem to get back to normal and would like to start from scratch, I need to deactivate the account so I can reactive it again.
You can restart the work, without the need to deactivate account. Just empty your wordpress database (or just delete all pages/posts in your wordpress installation) and import dummy data again. There is no need to activate theme each time you start working on it.
