How to change color of links?

  I have change color of links in theme option but it is not applied. Please view images at link above and guide me to solve. Thank you.

  The text is inside a list. That’s why the theme option does not get it. Please add this code into your Custom Css box in Customize > General:
  
  ul li a { color: green; }
  
  Change the color to your wish.
