Hello,
Nexis font does not have an accent while it is needed in French. Can you tell me how to modify it for Asap or other similar font?
Thank you! -
Hello,
The Asap font does include characters with an accent. See related: https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Asap
Sorry but modifying the font itself, is not included in support. You can select the font that best fits your needs from the list of available fonts in theme. Or add any new font if you want.
Best regards!

Hello,
the custom font in theme is Nevis and characters don’t have accent. I want to replace it by Asap font or other for have characters with an accent.
The theme use one font for all site and another for elements like titles with custom font. I juste want to have 2 fonts with characters with an accent. This is not to customize the site but to make it usable in French.
Thank you!

Hello,
Sorry, but I’m not understanding your problem here.
Yes, the demo uses 2 types of fonts. It’s one of the requirements to make a lovable and not tiring for the eyes, layout. But you can change them to your wish or use more fonts if you like. You say you want to replace the current font with Asap. The Asap font is present in the theme so there isn’t any problem selecting it for the text. It also includes characters with an accent.
What can we help you with?
Best regards!

Hello,
That’s strange.
I checked on my side and there is no problem selecting the custom font. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/QbhHwCCWhat theme version are you running? Can you please add some wp credentials in a private reply? So I can give it a closer look.
Best regards!

Hello,
Your server is not sending back all the required files. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/kVLyDQQ
Please contact your host first and make sure you have all the necessary access rights to all theme files.
If you have changed protocols (from HTTP to HTTPS), make sure all links in the database have been changed successfully.Let us know how it goes.
Best regards! -

Hello,
It’s ok. Check it now. I just re-saved it.

Hello,
This is strange. I checked the settings and there is nothing wrong. But this is a behaviour that does not happen anywhere else.
Please try deactivating all third party plugins. Set up the links in the database, clear cache and refresh page.
Let us know if the situation will still persist.

Hello,
The problem appears on every page on my side. When I enter the logos again in LOGO the second logo disappears and everything returns to normal by cons it does not seem to stay. But finally I found the extension that is problematic, it is SMUSH. As soon as I activate it, the 2 logos in the menu reappear.
For broken links, here’s what I see on my side:
- Line: 14 https://fonts.gstatic.com/
- Status: 404 Not Found
- The link is broken. Double-check that you have not made any typo, or mistake in copy-pasting. If the link points to a resource that no longer exists, you may want to remove or fix the link.
- Line: 985 https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=nevis%3A100%2C100i%2C200%2C200i%2C300%2C300i%2C400%2C400i%2C500%2C500i%2C600%2C600i%2C700%2C700i%2C800%2C800i%2C900%2C900i&ver=5.2.4
- Status: 400 Bad Request
- This is usually the sign of a malformed URL that cannot be parsed by the server. Check the syntax of the link.
How do I repair this?
Thank you!

Hello,
400 errors are a temporary disconnect between the browser and the website or data source. It could be as simple as a cache issue. We recommend you to clear any cache plugin, and if you don’t have one, clear the browser’s cache. The request sent by your browser to the server is essentially malformed, which can result from an incomplete request, such as an interruption of some kind, ultimately resulting in the call upon the server being incomplete. Since the font is called from yet another server, it seems possible that the call could be coming from your server to Google’s — which indicates it may be cached.
-I suggest you take another test, by activating the parent theme instead.
-As for the Smush plugin, sorry but this is not one of our tested plugins and we do not offer support on third-party plugins.
I suggest you find another alternative for caching that does not conflict.Best regards!

Hello,

I reactivated the parent theme and it does not change the text blocks :(
I’ll let you take a look for yourself.Thank you for your help!

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply.
There is a 400 Bad Request error in your site (screenshot). Here the google fonts link requires a font that is not a google font: nevis! If you try to open the link with any other google font (https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Tangerine%3A100%2C100i%2C200%2C200i%2C300%2C300i%2C400%2C400i%2C500%2C500i%2C600%2C600i%2C700%2C700i%2C800%2C800i%2C900%2C900i&ver=5.3) it has no issues.
Do you have added any custom font yourself? Or used any plugin to add/remove fonts? Please remove this font from wherever it’s been used first. Select on eof the available fonts and try again.I noticed the control bar for some elements (text, media) is not showing in your customizer when the WP Shopify plugin is on. I suggest you deactivate it and use another plugin that does the job and does not conflict with theme options. Example the included Woocommerce.
Let us know.
Best regards! -
Hello,
No I did not modify the fonts or install plugin for this purpose.
My clients use Shopify’s management system for their shop and WooCommerce does not allow it. So I do not have the choice to use a plugin that displays the content of Shopify. This site is actually a facade to beautify the content of Shopify. Do you have a solution to offer me?
Have a nice day!

Would this plugin be compatible?

Hello,
the fonts work!
Do you have a solution for Shopify plugin trouble or a Shopify plugin compatible?
Have a nice day!
