Your theme demo has a vertical menu and – from there – I selected to purchase thinking that’s the version I was purchasing. However, when I installed the downloaded theme I get a horizontal menu along the top. I’ve searched your forums for any guidance but didn’t find anything that worked for getting the vertical menu I saw in the demo. For reference, here is your demo that I selected when I purchased the theme,
Inside that demo environment, I scrolled down on the home page all the way to the bottom and clicked on “Purchase Now” which evidently is tied to this link:
In the page that comes up is where you enter your credit card number, and on the top right there is the order summary, which is character limited so it only shows that I’m purchasing:
“Tower | Business WordPres…”
When I did a select all on that one line, and pasted it into a text editor, that line reads
“Tower | Business WordPress”
That is actually a totally different theme that is also on your website for sale:
Did you not see my second message ? I said that I purchased the wrong theme because your website setup is wrong. I visited the demo of the theme I actually wanted, selected to purchase from there, but then apparently in the cart your system put in the wrong theme.
This is the one I want, but evidently there was an issue at the time of purchase where the download linke was for a different variation. I need the vertical menu by default as shown in the demo link pasted in this message
