How to get hover effects like in Remake Hudson theme

  Hello,
  
  I recently purchased the Remake theme and I am trying to implement the Hudson demo(https://preview.codeless.co/remake/default/hudson/).
  Here is my website: https://emanueltomozei.xyz/portfolio/.
  
  Everything works ok except I am not getting the hover effects: the cursor changing to a circle/dot on link hover.
  
  Any help would be appreciated,

  Hi,
  For enabling custom cursor Please go to:
  wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > General > Site Options > Custom Cursor >
  (Switch On/Off) > Publish
  
  Please follow these steps if this helps you then please let me know.
