Hello,
I ‘ve got a problem. When I edit pages, f.e. “Product”, where I would like to place portfolio, I can’t see “Portfolio options” nor “Page options”.
You can see it below, on the right, where should be page options, there is only grey background, the same with portfolio options below wordpress page editor.
The same is on blog posts – when I edit them, I can’t see any “Post options”, there is only grey box. The same with “Blog post format” – no options, only grey box.
PHP: 7.0.11
WP version: 4.7.2

Hello Mihaila,
I’ve just filled all the information. I’m looking forward to your help.
Best regards

Hello,
This is strange. Please try the following:
1-Deactivate all third party plugins;
2-I see you have PHP 7 running. Please reverse back to PHP 5.6. Many theme elements such as Visual Composer are not yet compatible with the latest php version.
3-Contact your host and make sure you have all the necessary access rights in theme files. You have some “file not found” errors in your site. See screenshot.Let us know if you still have problems after that.
Best regards!

Dear Mihaila,
I have followed your suggestions, but the problem is still unsolved.
I have switched to PHP 5.6. You can check it here.
I had also deactivated all the plugins, but it also didn’t help.
I even removed database and all wordpress files, I set up WordPress from scratch, and after uploading tower theme I checked “Page options” on “Sample page”, and there was the same problem. So the problem was present even at clean Worspress instalation. Now I got back to the previous instalation, as you saw it on friday.
I have made exact copy of the files and database on my hosting here.
and everything is working fine. Both hosting of my client (link ) and my (https://serwer1485019.home.pl) are hosted by Home.pl – leading polish hosting company.
I have prepared access for you also to instalation at my hosting. Login and password are the same as at link but ftp is: serwer1485019.home.pl
I hope you will be able to compare both instalations and you would tell me how to solve the problem on link .

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply.
As you already proved yourself, this is not a theme issue but a server one. Contact your host and make sure you have all the necessary access rights in theme files. Did you import the same database content for the second site? Please make sure to have changed all url’s to the new domain successfully.
You have some “file not found” errors in your site. See screenshot. Please see carefully the screenshot. The links are not correct. There are no/
dividing the folders. This happens before the theme, it’s from “wp-content“. This is not controlled from theme. And the fact that you already have another installation where every thing is ok, proves it. I suggest you try installing it in a new database (not imported from a previous one) then insert the content step by step.
Let us know.Best regards!

Dear Mihaila,
could you please specify what are “necessary access rights in theme files”?
That was my intention in post published on monday. I asked you for comparing access rights on good instalation (my private hosting, the same hosting company) and on “bad” instalation (my client’s hosting, the same hosting company).
The good instalation is based on exact copy od database from “bad” one. On client’s server I have also tried making brand new instalation – I removed whole mysql database and all wordpress files. Starting everything from scratch wasn’t the solution. After instaling new wordpress in new database and uploading Tower Theme there was a problem of “page options”, “portfolio options” etc.
But getting back to the begining – could you please specify what are “necessary access rights in theme files”?

Hello,
Please contact your host provider. This is a server issue. Show them the screenshot i send you (https://share.pho.to/Abh9n). Your client’s installation may not have the same access rights as your installation. It does not matter that they are on the same hosting company. It could be that they are on different hosting plans (example: shared hosting / dedicated hosting).
