I keep getting 500 Error when trying to install demo content

  I am trying to install demo content and it wont let me complete the process I’ve tried numerous new installations with no luck i changed php to be recommended settings from what i could find in the other articles.
  
  It just says Error: error (500)

  Its seems demo is installed, anything is missing in it?

  the buttons on the top right menu are not there

  Also still doesn’t answer why I get 500 error

    Hi,
    The error is related to the Server, not the theme. Please check your web server fulfills the below characteristics at least value.
    
    memory_limit = 256M
    post_max_size = 64M
    upload_max_filesize = 64M
    max_execution_time = 300
    max_input_time = 1000

  ok i see the buttons now but it only shows on certain size screens i have to zoom out on my laptop desktop for it to show up
