Image Header In Homepage

  I’ve replaced the revolution sliders in the header of each page with images through the page header options. I’ve set the settings on the homepage identical to the other pages. When I preview the changes I’ve made the to the homepage the header displays correctly. After I update the changes and view the page the header appears as a gray box. Please see the two photos. The first photo is the preview and the second is the updated homepage.

  I just opened your site but i do not get the gray box in page header. It could be that your server may need some time to reflect the changes.

  Please look at it now. You were looking at the revolution slider on the homepage. That’s why you weren’t seeing a gray box. I didn’t want the site to be live with a gray box but I’ll leave it this way for now so you can see. I cleared my cache and it is still a small gray box in the header. This issue only affects the homepage you’ll see.

  Please see a photo of the current state of the homepage below. I took your advice and am using the image in the page header options instead of a slider revolution slide. It works for every page but the homepage. I even created a new page where the image appeared properly in the header then assigned that page as my homepage then header appeared as a gray box. I think something is wrong with my header.php file but that’s just an assumption. Can you please take a look?

  This is strange. You do not have any errors visible but the header does not recognize the settings. I can suggest you disable all third party plugins and update theme.
  In the mean time you could use this workaround: i added this code into your home page custom css box:
  
  .header_page, .header_page { height: 350px !important; opacity: 1 !important; background-color: transparent !important; background-repeat: no-repeat !important; background-size: cover !important; background-attachment: scroll !important; background-position: center center !important; background-image: url('https://blueprintcapitalonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/shutterstock_108783638.jpg') !important; }
  
  The page header is showing and is fully responsive. Please check your site.
