Hi,
I have a problem of visibility on some pages of the site where there is a row with for example 4 coloumns and in each coloumn I placed a text with image under the text.
For example in this page: https://www.centrodellaceramica.innovaimpresa.com/materiali/
You will see 4 images at the bottom of the body. If and only if you navigate with safari or IE browser you will see an “x” or a “?” under the image. And then also soma blank space that seems too high before the footer
It seems it is looking for something he doesn’t find.
The visibility on other browsers is perfect instead.
During the building of the site I someteimes changed the row probably deleting it and makeing a new one with new images.
So maybe it is looking an old row or old images which no more exists. So it could be a problem of cache.
I deleted the browser cache, the site has no cache plugin.
But there is the wpml plugin which has its own cache…
What do you think? Any suggestions?
Regards
Marco

Hello,
I checked the page with inspect element and indeed there is another image element being called in safari. Can you please add some valid wp login information on the extra information fields of your profile data. So we can give a closer look to the settings.
Read this article for more information.
Best regards!

Hello,
I see that there is indeed dublicated img code in the text. If you see the code from the “Editor” tab of the text editor, then you can see there are two
tags. The second one is what causes the ? in other browsers. See this screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/2o0rjhed8r/
I removed them from the ‘Materials‘ page already. You can continue with the other pages.
Let us know.Best regards!
