You have renamed theme and so causing the default links to be not valid. Delete your current theme or rename it as ‘specular’ only (not specular~2 or anything like this) and try again.

I get this message whenever i try to install the included plugins: screenshot. Please make sure you have installed wordpress correctly (i see theme is installed ok), or contact your host and make sure to have all necessary access rights to files.
Send us you ftp too, so we can investigate this further.
I could not access your server with these credentials. However, you still have server issues as it does not access all necessary files of dummy data. Breaking thus the action as you see when you try to make the import.

I was able now to import succesfully the demo data of Business 3 (screenshot). The issue was in the server as theme does not have issue with data import.
I made the first configurations as well (home page assignment, menu, import of sliders..etc).
Please continue with further customization. You should install ‘Contact Form 7’ plugin for the contact form. Let us know if you need help.
