      Hi,

I have installed WordPress into a LAMP stack and SCP’d the ‘Tower’ theme files to the wp-content area as specified.  After that I installed and activated all of the plugins.

I then decided to import the ‘Business’ variant of the theme, but it just gets stuck at 65%.

Is there anything I can do to see why it gets stuck? Are there any logs I can forward?

      Kind regards,
      Rob.

Thanks for that – I’ll try that shortly and provide feedback.

Could you please confirm whether when importing the attachments should be selected, or not? What are attachments in this context?

Okay – the article didn’t resolve the issue for me, but I did find a resolution and I added to the article…

Also check your /var/httpd/error_log, in my case I had

PHP Fatal error: Class ‘DOMDocument’ not found in /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/tower/admin/inc/fields/codeless_import/parsers.php on line 61

      yum install php-xml

      DON’T FORGET

      sudo service httpd restart

      Hello,

The attachments are just images used in the demo. You can chose to import them as well but it will increase significantly the dummy data size. This can lead to a slower process or you may need to increase memory limit in the server. Usually this is not necessary as users import their own images anyway.

Did you solve your issue? Let us know if you need further help.

      Best regards!
