Did you try to import with attachments? Please check that your hosts settings are set correctly for these actions to perform well.

I was able to successfully import default demo with attachments. I set up menu style and widgets. But you have many other third party plugins and they are affecting theme options. For example, widget “Recent Comments” is not present in widget list anymore.
Also the youtube plugin is giving an error to your site, see screenshot. This could be the reason menu items are not able to display even if there is set a main menu and it is not empty.
Please deactivate all third party plugins and try again. Then enable them one at a time to find the culprit.
I have deactivated some plugins and now the theme is displayed without any problem. Just in case that I need in the future to install another demo theme, should I have to contact you or now the installation of demo themes is working properly?
Theme installation did not pose any issue. Just perform it as instructed. After import has reached 100%, save changes and go to your pages. You will see all of them there.
