Sir the reason is that the wordpress has updated its core and had made some changes.
To resolve this issue you just need to extract the theme file and again zip it.

I was able to install the themes using the Envato Market plugin. Once that was installed I was able to see all of my purchased themes and livecast had an option to install and download the demo data, But the codeless-page-builder does not activate. And I am unable to customize the template.
