I’m really having a horrific time trying to upload the theme to GoDaddy’s wordpress platform. I have no idea and completely in a bind; not as intuitive as other themes when installing.

Please make sure you are installing the right file. The “The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.” is a typical error for when the wrong file name is being used fro install. Can you post a screenshot of the wordpress page while this message is on? So we can understand better what is wrong.
