Installation Issues

  I have installed Bitnami WordPress on my PC, I tried to add the Picante theme zip file, error message is “The link you followed has expired. Please Try Again”.
  
  I tried to change the upload limit up to 95MB as the zip file size is about 65MB, but still getting the error message.
  
  I copied the Picante and Picante Child unzipped folders with the plug-ins to the WordPress folder instead.
  
  As mentioned in the Picante Documentation, Codeless Builder Backend Builder was not shown in the Dashboard (screenshot is provided on the below link). Additionally, there are only four visible templates, while on Picante info page, there are 8, screenshots are on the below link.

  Take note that I am not an IT person, so I have no coding skills and would appreciate if you can explain solutions at the simplest possible way.

  Thank you for the reply.
  I asked about two issued on the above, one is for the template and another is for the missing Codeless Builder Panel.

  Without the Codeless Builder Panel we are not able to register the product and begin customizing the same.
  
  We have installed the theme to our hosting.

  You can access Codeless in Appearance > Codeless Picante. See screenshot: https://postimg.cc/image/seamai6tj/
  Use the setup wizard to import the demo. Check this video tutorial: https://youtu.be/WtkNtaFRWHI this theme has the same setup wizard for demo data as picante.

  That’s not an issue. You can continue using theme without the need to register it.

  As explained above, i am unable save work because my codeless builder is not there. So, i need you to tell me how to solve that.
  
  The theme need to be registered, and the codeless builder need to be there.

  Sorry for the late reply.
  You can change the search form result using a custom plugin such as “Search Exclude“. This way you can always control what to let the search look for and not make any changes to theme files.
  
  PS: Please know that these are personal customizations and therefore not included in support service.
