I npticed a couple of days ago, that I cannot update my plugins anymore.
1) Every plugin updated failed and it said “internal server error”, and it appeared right beneath the plugin in a red box.
2) I am also not able to add anything to the footer, the button “savin” just goes on and on and on….nothing is happening. I am livin in Europe and we have to adjust our websites to the new General Data Protection Regulation, so we have add some stuff to it like a extra page with infos on it about that matter.
But I cannot add anything to my website now. I don’t understand what the problem might me.
As the error message suggests, this is an internal server error. First check your internet connection, make sure you have a stable connection. Then contact your host and ask them to help you with it. This is a server side issue.
After updating plugins, check if the saving issue persists. Let us know how it goes.
