Issues with Kirki Customizer Framework and Portfolio Items

Hi, we’ve been having issues with kirki customizer framework plug-in and the portfolio items. Whenever we try to access the portfolio post, it fails to load. We also cant get the site to load properly. When we try to edit the portfolio item with elementor it says “the content area was not found in the page” and when we try to view the portfolio post we get a “page not found” error. When working within elementor for the home page, we can view the site, but it fails to load and is just a black screen when we attempt to view it separately.

      Hi,
1- Whenever we try to access the portfolio post, it fails to load. We also cant get the site to load properly. When we try to edit the portfolio item with elementor it says “the content area was not found in the page” and when we try to view the portfolio post we get a “page not found” error.
–Please check and let me know.

2- When working within elementor for the home page, we can view the site, but it fails to load and is just a black screen when we attempt to view it separately.
      — I’m not getting the black screen while visiting site separately. If you’re experiencing this issue then please try to disable the preloader effect from:
      wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > General > Site Options > Preloader Effect

      Please check and advise.
      Thanks,
