I selected a dark portfolio template tried to install and it couldn’t do it (it says in progress definitely for import template dummy content again). I may give you credentials, I need to have this done as soon as possible.

This problem causes inability to use Folie. I click “Setup Now” select any template and it won’t work (can’t pass “import dummy content”). Is there a debug mode or logs? I’d love to use that product but if I can’t, by Tuesday I’ll be forced to request refund from Envato.

I tried to use Corporate, there was no problem in progress bar this time but when I open the site I saw menu changed but contents didn’t. Then I tried to install Default it failed (stuck at progress bar this time).

OK, I’ll wait for 36 hours before I nudge next time. But as I can’t progress without having this fixed please let my support request have priority.

Hello,

I used Jupiter before, it was removing all previous information, pages, menu and install new template if you choose so. I prefer your product especially because I saw in Default I will be able to play with each page on a prepared version.

Default seems to be the most comprehensive one. I want to do tests using that template. Than after I learn how to use it I’ll decide on the one (like photography dark).

Can you please install “Default”?

I want to change to Photography Light.

Is there a way to do it myself? As I said it stucks on “Import Template Dummy Content”. I may use that theme in other projects but I want to be able to change template freely.

It was still not “Photography Light”, still the same default template was being shown. I changed php version to 7. Tried again it worked and changed the theme. But home page seemed corrupt not something like this demo page: https://codeless.co/folie/photography/

Before and after that test I tried to change template multiple times and never achieve to change (stuck in dummy content step).

How can I make this new theme functional, I tried to find another home page that fits for photography light but can’t find it.

In system status page (/wp-admin/themes.php?page=codeless-panel-system-status), as recommended I upgraded PHP version from 5.6 to 7. Is there anything else I need to do?
