Hi,
after the installation, i setup the Architecture theme. When i try to edit a page with the Codeless Page Builder, the preview is empty and if i show the developer console there is this error:
Uncaught ReferenceError: columns is not defined at Object.initToggles (nav-menu.min.js?ver=5.2:1)
The project running on my machine(localhost) with WordPress v5.2 ( but i tried also with v.5.1) with PHP 7.1.
Can you please help me?
it seem is a problem with codeless builder and/or Kirki Toolkit.
please reply, is urgent
Hello,
It’s a bit difficult for us to troubleshoot it since it’s in a localhost. First make sure to have all plugins installed and at their latest version (the latest version included in theme).
If you can host it online, let us know so we can check it up close.
Best regards!
Exact same issue here.
Deactivating plugins shows that the culprit is <em style=”font-weight: bold;”>Codeless Builder.
– On firefox it shows the columns is not defined message in console
– On chrome: GET wp-admin/customize.php net::ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING 200 (OK)
Hello,
What theme version are you running? Can you post a link of the site? Also add some wp credentials in your profile data. So we can check this out.
