June Background isn't working

  I’m trying to customize june template but the background is full of “Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in C:\xampp\htdocs\chooseandcheers\wp-content\themes\june\functions.php on line 1942” and I can’t change it .

  I put my credentials in my profile but my site isn’t in a hosting, I’m using localhost so I don’t have some of them.
