Suddenly I am experiencing large white spaces under the footer on each of my pages here: https://clearpathglobal.com.

How can I eliminate all this?

      Hello,

The space is caused by some text generated. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/Fs6TH1M
Did you add any new plugin lately? Or added any new script? I suggest you deactivate all third party plugins and try again.

      Let us know.
      Best regards!

Wow, that’s disturbing. I had not added any new plugins lately. I deactivated all plugins, but the issue remains. Is there another way I can get in and eliminate all that text?

      Hello,

I checked and i see you have a lot of third party plugins but also very old theme template.
Please deactivate all plugins that did not came with theme. Update theme to latest version 2.8 and update Visual Composer afterward (https://support.codeless.co/?ht_kb=visual-composer-update).
      Check theme again after this.
      Let me know.

      Best regards!

I threw out my old version of Tower and re-installed version 2.8 and updated visual composer and turned off all 3rd party plugins and the issue remains. I’m using a child theme and didn’t do anything with that. Could it be in there?

      Thanks again for your help.

      Hello.

Maybe you have a backdoor or you have to change wordpress wp, ftp, mysql creds.

You can also contact your hosting account for that.

      Let us know.

      Regards!
