Hello,
I just updated to the latest Specular theme update v2.3.2 and I have problems in my home page:
Here the problem description:
1) the top-left-header section is wrapping into two lines, while it used to be contained all in one line
2) the revolution slider top side is overlapping my logo and my menu
Can you please tell me how to fix these problems?
Thanks.

Hello,
1-Please add this code into your custom css box:
.top_nav .row-fluid .pull-left { width: 110% !important; }
2-Add this code into your custom css box:
.slider#slider-fullwidth { margin-top: 120px !important; }
Result screenshot. Let us know.
Best regards!

Thanks! This solved the issue.
Great support as usual, really appreciated.

Hello Mihaila,
the fix worked on all the main pages in the menu, but not for this one:
https://www.mybulgaria.it/blog/
The preview in the visual editor shows the header without the wrap, but then after I save and load the page in browser, it’s still there wrapper. I also tried with different values of the width, but again only good in visual editor but not in the final page.
Can you help please?
Thanks.

Hello Mihaila,
I tried but I obtain the same problem as in your last screenshot: the header content is not aligned on the left side with the logo, it is placed somewhere towards the middle. Is it possible to fix?
Thanks.

Hello Mihaila,
I tried to add the login info in my profile, but I don’t find a link (see screenshot). Can I add them here as private message?
thanks.

Hello Mihaila,
done, please let me know when you had a look.
Can I also ask you how to remove from the main menu the 3 lines icon, on the right side next to CONTATTI menu entry? They currently open a blank panel.
thanks.

Hello,
I added the code in your custom css box, see screenshot (it was not there) and it does work. Please refresh your blog page.
I removed the extra navigation menu (three bars icon) in General Options > Layout.
Let us know.Best regards!

Hi Mihalia,
I did not add it because it was causing the left content of the top header to be moved towards the centre, as you can currently see here:
https://www.mybulgaria.it/blog/
Plus now I see also in all the pages the left content of the top header is not aligned with the left side of the frame, for instance here:
can you please have a look?
Thanks.

Hello,
I added this code to change the alignment:
.top_nav .container { margin-left: 13.5% !important; }
Please check your site and let me know if there is anything else to edit.
Best regards!
-
Hi Mihalia,
thanks! When I looked I did not find the code you mentioned, so I added myself the following value
.top_nav .container {
margin-left: 8.5% !important;
}
and that worked to align, so all good now!
Just so I can learn: how did you remove the three grey lines from the menu?
thanks so much, great support!

Actually, the blog page still keep behaving differently. This is the home page which is fine:
https://monosnap.com/file/bLonfHrru0NSpGe73KTKGv0M4nduwo
and this is the blog page shifted to the right:
https://monosnap.com/file/TApZE7HYKDQGNKez5PM69ed6MmeS4T
I applied the same code
.top_nav .container {
margin-left: 9.5% !important;
}
but it seems never working on the blog page. Why is this page giving all this problems?
thanks.

Hello,
The home page and blog page use the same style sheet as all other site’s pages. So by default there is no reason for the blog to behave differently. It does not happen for other installations.
If you check carefully you will notice that there is an additional element present in your home page that is missing in the blog. The socials vertical bar. See screenshot. This bar moves slightly the content of home to the right and therefore the top navigation has less difference in positioning with it. In the blog page this bar is not present so top nav difference in position is more noticeable.
All you need to do is add another block of the code where you add the margin, that will target only the blog page.
Try this:.blog .top_nav .container { margin-left: 8.5% !important; }
Edit the value to your need.
-The three bars icon is called “Extra Side Navigation“. It is used to add additional widgets to show up in the sidebar menu. The option is located in General Options > Layout > Extra Side Navigation. Set it ON if you want to use it. Then proceed in adding widgets to it in Appearances > Widgets.
Let us know if you need further help.
Best regards!
