I can’t give a precise answer as to what is happening without checking it out. Please send us the site’s wp credentials in a private reply. So we can give a closer look to the slider’s configuration.
This is really an issue. We are aware and we will try to upload a theme update asap with the slider issue fixed.
In the mean time you can make the change directly into the theme file, so you won’t need to wait more.
In the same file includes/core/codeless_slideshow.php find this line: $this->options['layer_slider_id'] = is_numeric($cl_redata['layerslider'])+1;
replace with this: $this->options['layer_slider_id'] = $cl_redata['layerslider']+1;
