Regarding the slider, i see you have an error in your site. Please see this screenshot. I tried to use other pre-build slides in your site and none of them shows up even if they do not have any issue displaying on our side.
Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? Deactivate all third party plugins before. https://codeless.co/documentation/main.html#update_theme
This is strange. I imported you own slider into my test site in my side and the slider shows up (with animations and all) very ok. See screenshot.
You have also a layerslider error (screenshot) displayed in console that also it’s not present on my side.
I deactivated your third party plugins and imported a fresh copy of theme. The problem however is still present only on your server. I am assuming now that this is not a file issue.

Sorry but to make the title visible at all times you have to edit the Visual Composer plugin files. This is a styling customization not included in support service.

In the Row Settings, set row type to “Full Width background” and increase the padding bottom(depending on the image height) until it displays all image. Example the last image padding bottom should go up to 426px.
